Lisa Kift

Lisa Kift is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. She does individual, couples, and premarital counseling in downtown Larkspur, Marin County, CA., and holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from National University, located in San Diego, CA.

Lisa's therapy orientation is a personally tailored blend of theoretical orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment and family of origin theories, Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as an emphasis on emotional safety as it relates to a strong relationship foundation. She also has an interest in neuroscience, mindfulness, resilience and positive emotions in their ability to forge true and lasting change across the life span.
